Water leak:
A lady called us from Tar saying she had a major water loss. I called the utility company to locate the pipe break, then I started opening and searching. The big mistake was that the water supply pipes were installed below the sewage, the joint should never be in concrete but visible in the manhole. Unfortunately, people trust everyone and people do exactly these kinds of things, which is a huge absurdity to me. That's why we work only with quality and responsibility - everything people pay for, they deserve to have the job done properly. That's how I see it.
