Proper foundation drainage installation: first the foundations and above-foundation walls are built and the fill is placed, then the plumber marks out the channels for excavation. The excavator digs the channels, and when the excavation is complete, a bed of fine sand is laid. Orange SN4 pipes are installed - these can withstand weight as they are considerably more expensive and of higher quality. Branching outlets are prepared for vertical pipes, ground floor bathrooms and kitchens at toilet positions, vents and preparation for small drains. Then the pipes are covered with fine sand for protection, and the water supply inlet to the house is also installed, usually in the boiler room. Finally, the reinforcement mesh is placed and the base slab is poured - this is how it's done properly and according to regulations.
