Values (business policy)
AK Vodoteam kindly asks potential Clients to familiarize themselves with our business policy!
Our business policy reflects our responsibility towards the Client, as well as our desire to provide a professional, quality service, and it comes down to the following points:
Prices and services are predetermined ("we don't haggle") and fixed, calculated based on the price of products (which are of high quality and guaranteed) as well as our hourly rate. A higher-quality product may increase the price but guarantees long-term functionality of the installations and customer satisfaction.
It is recommended that every Client calls (us or another) qualified person to inspect the job in question and consult before starting work.
We ask clients to carefully read the quote and consult with AK Vodoteam if any part is unclear. Quotes are designed to provide the Client with the best balance of quality and price (better service and quality for the lowest possible cost).
We are grateful to our Clients for the opportunity given to us, and we treat them with kindness and respect. We expect the same from our Clients.
Our Clients are asked to leave (write) reviews to help future Clients in choosing the right tradesman and service, and to help us improve our service quality. Every compliment as well as criticism is welcome!
We expect punctuality (and value punctuality) regarding agreed appointments and visit locations!
Our and your time is precious. In case of unexpected urgent situations, please notify us in time. We do the same towards our Clients (in rare unexpected situations).
We do not deal with air conditioning and heating installations, nor with drain unblocking, so we kindly ask Clients for understanding. If they need information, we can connect them with colleagues and subcontractors who handle these services (tilers, painters, electricians, etc.)
We take our work seriously. Therefore, upon agreement with the client, we send our contract for review before starting work. We begin work after the contract is signed. We guarantee completion of the job within the agreed timeframe.
